functions and tasks to external parties, service providers and not handled in
house. They expect to reduce cost, access for specialized skills and knowledge
and also to keep constant focus on core business functions rather mess on different
angles of the operational aspect. Almost in any business sectors like Information
technology, Customer support services in service sector, Manufacturing, Accounting
and Finance and even in Human resources.
